Yearly membership fees are $25 for an individual or couple and cover the period from April 1 to March 31.
Please download the PDF form, print it, fill it out and mail it to us along with your cheque.
Please make cheques payable to the Okanagan Valley Miata Club.
If you are already a member and your contact information has not changed, a new application form is not required, but if you have moved or changed your phone number or e-mail address please complete a new form so we can update our information.
